Your anxious feelings are probably because your FT4 is above range, and your FT3 is very close to the top.

Any number of things might be affecting your requirements...weight gain/loss, more or less exercise, stress, other meds (and supplements) added or discontinued, etc.  The list is long, and "life events" affect our meds requirements.

You should get into the habit of getting a copy of all lab results for your files.  Your can then compare from one lab to the next and make a (more) educated guess on whether a trend is developing or just a momentary spike.  Also, if you have to change doctors, you will have your whole lab history in hand.

If you don't have any "physical" symptoms of hyper, like high blood pressure or rapid heart rate, a very small decrease might help relieve your anxiety yet still maintain high enough FT3 and FT4 levels to keep the hypo symptoms at bay.  You might ask your doctor about dropping the four days from 150 to 125.  You could then retest after 4-5 weeks and reevaluate.

Dosage is 150mcg x4 days, 100mcg x 3 days..I feel ok, maybe a little anxious sometimes but otherwise not bad. I have been on this dosage for the past 6-8 months, why should my results suddenly change?
I shall see if I can find some more results

I agree with Laura's assessment of your labs.  How are you feeling?  Do you have hyper symptoms?  What dosage are you on, and was there a recent increase in meds?  Do you have labs previous to these for comparison?

Your FT4 is too high...it should be about mid normal range. This is why your Free T3 is also at the highest normal range too. Are you on meds? IF so I would think you are on too much and need to cut back a little bit on dosage. :)
