Wondering about Female Hormones

Posted these not too long ago and goolarra answered....thanks for the suggestion about T3 med (during 2 weeks of month). I think I will ask about that.

Long story short.....3 months ago after feeling pretty darn good for a while, I was hit with extreme fatigue that I have never experienced before, itching on my face, neck, nose (this happened before when I was hypo), and puffy eyes.  I feel the worse I have ever felt in my life and I have had hash's for seven years.

I have found after charting that every month a week before my period and then through the week of my period this happens all over again.  I up my meds and for 2 weeks feel much better without above symptoms and actually a little overmedicated (i.e. problems sleeping, very alert).  Then BAM the next two weeks I am in the same boat again.

My levels do not look that bad though so I cannot undestand this??? I feel EXTREMELY hypo during these two weeks and the fatigue and itching is severe.  So, I am wondering can any female hormones do this? I have no changes in my menstrual cycle though. I have not had hormones checked but have had a ton of labs done and everything looks fine (full workup, ANA, etc.)  But I do not feel like that at all.  I look and feel sick!

I cannot keep going like this.....something changed dramatically at the end of January and it seems that no one can figure it out?  Am I crazy?

LABS from beginning of March

TSH-  1.60 (.34-5.60)
FT4- 1.37  (.80-1.70)
FT3-  3.06  (1.80-4.20)

CURRENT labs:

TSH- 3.15   (.27-4.2)
FT4-1.35  (.80-1.70)
FT3- 3.52   (1.80-4.20)

I am so thinking that now Barb......seeing a pattern here every month.  It starts a week before my cycle and lasts through my cycle and then improves.  So 2 weeks bad and two weeks better.  Then I start all over again the next month.  The eye problem and itching are the worst!  The weird thing is...increases in thyroid meds seem to help it do not entirely resolve the issue.  I have to say this is the worst I have ever felt!  I am getting a liter worried that something else might' be going on:(

Your thyroid labs look pretty darn good; you might be able to go up a bit on the FT3...

You need to have your reproductive hormones tested to see what's going on there.

Bump and another question?  Can Sjorgen's cause the eye problems and fatigue?  I was wondering about that and how thyroid and hormones may also interplay?
