Didnt get to finish sorry, i'll continue. Do u think that is strange? Even hours later now i feel my pulse is to high still. Do u think my adreanals are being over worked or something because of to much t4?
Thankyou barb and sally. Ur opinions mean the world. Just one more thing. I havent excersied in a long, long time but today when i did, my pulse went really high fast like 185bpm, when l looked around at other people who were obviously using more energy and putting in more effort then i eas as i didnt want to over do it first time, their palse is 147, 155 the highest was 165 bpm
I agree that you need to reduce your T4 medication and add a source of T3, such as dessicated or T3/T4 combination medication.
Your FT4 is high. Your FT3 is mid-range only.
I would say you need to reduce your dose of T4 meds. However, you may need either dessicated instead of T4 only, or liothryonine (T3) /Thryoxine (T4) combination med.
Thankyou for ur response. My last blood results are as follows: tsh 0.06 (0.40_3.50). Free t4 22.6 (9.0_19.0). Free t3 4.0 (2.6_6.0). These results are based on a dose of 125 mcg daily of thyroxin. She really wants me to go gluten free aswell but i dont think i have a problem with gluten. Finding it very hard to find a doctor in sydney who isnt afraid to prescribe dessicated. I still have symtoms of palps, shortness of breath, no sex drive, fatigue

There really isn't any way to bring your antibody count down. Some say taking selenium will help, but I take selenium and it hasn't done a thing for antibody count, though studies are showing that selenium can help with the conversion problem. I have that too, and I find that when I take my selenium daily, my FT3 levels tend to go higher.
Your symptoms are coming from being hypothyroid, which means you need a higher dose of medication.
If you could post your most current thyroid levels, including TSH, Free T3, and Free T4, members could help evaluate your situation and comment more fully.
I have no idea why your doctor won't put you on dessicated because of the antibodies; I think you should really try to pin her down on that, as we've seen other members with equally high or higher antibodies on dessicated.
