Hope the results are for FREE T3 and FREE T4.  Post them here if you can, along with the reference ranges.......

Also make sure you get the reference range for the FT3 and ask about FT4 also.

My TSH stays very low (currently 0.01) and we don't worry about it because my FT's are good and most of my symptoms have been alleviated.

TSH is not what causes your symptoms -- it's simply your pituitary gland telling your thyroid to produce hormone.  You don't say if your thyroid was removed or not, but if it was, you have nothing to respond to the pituitary's demand for hormone.  At best, TSH simply an indicator.

Your free T3 and free T4, will be much more able to tell if you are hyper or hypo.

Undetectable TSH can mean that you are hyper.  However, depending on what meds you are taking, very low TSH is often expected (i.e. means little to nothing).  Do you know your FT3 and FT4 levels (and their ranges)?  FT3 and FT4 are much more important to how you feel than TSH.  What meds are you on?

Can you define crap?  What are your symptoms?
