hyperthyroidism

my tsh level is .005 and my free t3 and free t4 is higher side of the normal range.my anti tpo is 3000.what is my diagnosis and what is its management

With your TPO being that high you could have hashi thyroiditis,this can cause hyper episodes.

They need to check for your ATG-antithyroglubin AB's

It's likely that you have Graves' disease.  However, you should have a TSI (thyroid stimulating immunoglobulin) test to confirm this.  TSI is the definitive test for Graves'.

Sometimes Graves' can be managed with medication.  Surgery and RAI are also options.  Read all you can about Graves' and discuss which options are right for you with your doctor.
