is it Thyroid problems???

I'm not sure what it is I have, but everything I have researched points to Thyroid, although blood tests are showing Thyroid is OK.  I have muscle aches, al over, forarms, hands wrists, hips, legs, ankles, feet, hands and feet are stiff in the morning, problems sleeping at night, when i do sleep well, i'm still exausted.  Some days are worse than others, and have not been able to leave the house.  I feel like I'm in a fog, , .

I use to work out regularly, cycle, and run, I cant do any of those things now cause i am always tired, and hurt all over.  My temp stays at 97 degrees, lower than the 98.8.  I am tired of feeling like this, its been 4 months now, my Dr has done blood tests and nothing has come up yet.

whats the best thing for me to help with the achey muscles.  it feels like I'm coming down with the flu 24 houes a day.

Did your doctor run any thyroid antibody testing?? If you have a thyroid autoimmune disease, then normal range means nothing.
What were your exact lab results with ranges??

I feel the same way! My temp even stays at 97.7 all the time.  The last time I had my TSH checked the doc said it was "on the low end" of normal.  That was about 7 or 8 years ago, she decided that I had OCD/depressive disorder and gave me a Rx for Paxil.  I took it for a total of 3 or 4 weeks and decided that I really didn't need it and just stopped it, I never went back to her.  Now, I find myself feeling BAD everyday, just like I have the flu. In addition to the flu like symptoms I have a long list of other symptoms as well.  I am having a complete tyroid work up drawn on Tues and then I will go from there.  I hope you too press on and demand that something be done!  Believe me Docs aren't always right ( I know what I'm talking about, I am a clinical supervisor for a GI office, they make mistakes and miss BIG things all the time)  The patient MUST be thier own advocate!!! Good Luck and Be well!!!
