Don't be worried by your TSH level.  TSH causes no symptoms.  TSH is a pituitary hormone that is a signal to the thyroid glands to produce thyroid hormone.  Many patients have TSH suppressed when taking significant doses of thyroid meds.  This does not mean that you are hyper, unless you also have hyper symptoms due to excessive levels of the active thyroid hormones, Free T3 and Free T4.  For example my TSH has been about .05 for well over 25 years, with no hyper symptoms.  In fact I had lingering hypo symptoms until learning about the importance of FT3 on the Forum.  After testing and finding mine in the low end of the range, I got my meds revised to include T3, and after tweaking a bit, I now feel best ever.

How long have you been taking the dosage you mentioned?  I ask just to confirm that you have been on that dosage long enough to be fully reflected in your blood test results.

I think you will also get some good info from this link.  The letter was written by a good thyroid doctor for patients he consults with from a distance.  The letter is sent to the Primary Doctor, to help guide the patient's treatment.

You have not mentioned if the basic cause of your hypothyroidism was ever diagnosed.  If it was Hashimoto's, which is the most common cause, then it is possible that your need for thyroid hormone has gradually increased.  In either case, with your FT3 level, you could ask the doctor to slightly increase your T3 med and see if that works for you.  If the doctor has any concern for any of your test results, or increasing your meds, then just give him a copy of the link I gave you and discuss it with him.
