lactating, high libido with swollen insides

Help, I have been crying for answers!
I injuried my back at work and have been taking physico including 15 minutes on the tracktion table for the last 6 months or so.
Since then, I complained for months about sore swollen breasts and nipples, test come back as lactating breasts . Since Jan/09, my doctor has had me on 4 difference strenghts of thyroid medication..
Now I am suffering from what they said might be a high libido, this is not sexual and it is very painful and driving me insane. My organs seem to have also swollen and I have little control over my bladder and the bowels are acting up. I also will vomit bile for no reason.

I am 60 and never had children due to mentural bleed outs and a partial hysteroctomy about 20 years ago.

Any advise would be greatly appreciated

Oh I meant to say, injuring your back may well have injured the adrenal glands which sit high on the kidneys. Your kidneys are quite high in the back and could have been knocked about a bit.

I really do not think it is your thyroid, rather your pituitary gland. That gland is in control of many functions. Prolactinoma is a small tumour (never cancerous, just a pain in the butt!) of the pituitary gland. It controls excess hormone of the hormone responsible for producing milk...hence your lactating breasts. The high libido can also be part of that.
  The other issue (and often it can be more than one gland acting up at the same time) could be your adrenal glands are also causing your vomiting etc.
At your age (no disrespect) it is more than likely it is the Prolactinoma causing you the breast issues.
  When you say 4 different strengths of thyroid medication, can you list what the brand names are and the dosages?
  Do you have any pathology results for the thyroid levels?
  Please get back to me as I think you certainly need to get on top of this sooner than later!
