Hard to say.  It depends on the daily dose you start taking (anywhere from 500 to 1000 mcg seems to work for me) and how your body absorbs it.   Probably a good idea to discuss with the doctor and also ask to be tested again for B12 after 4-6 weeks.

Your Vitamin D is only a bit lower than the recommended level of 65.  Ferritin is good, but I would suggest that next time you should also have a full iron test panel done (serum iron, TIBC, and % saturation).  Vitamin B12 is way too low.  It should be in the high end of the range.

Also, here is one of many links you can read about the effects of low B12.

Your Free T3 and Free T4 are at levels that many of our members have had to work hard to achieve.  I see nothing there that stands out as a possible cause for the limited symptoms you describe.  Those symptoms you mention can relate to other possibilities.  Have you had any other sympotms you can tell us about?

Free T3 and Free T4 are the most important thyroid tests.  TSH is a pituitary hormone that is affected by so many things that at best it is only an indicator to be considered along with more important indicators such as symptoms and also levels of the biologically active thyroid hormones, Free T3 and Free T4.

So this leads me to other possibilities.  Have you been tested for Vitamin D, B12, ferritin and a full iron test panel?  If so, please post those results and their ranges shown on the lab report.
