I would really value your comments on this:

Two tests:

Sept 22 after two months 75 mcg Levothyroxine:
FT3      2.20         Lab Range 2.02 - 4.43
FT4      1.5                           0.8   - 1.9
TSH      0.82                        0.49 -  4.67

July 8 after three months without Levo:  
FT3       2.83                              same
FT4       1.16                                  "
TSH       5.5                                   "

As always in three years taking Levo at varied doses my FT3  stays low?   I take five meds for CAD so  in the midst of their myriad side effects I can't distinguish those of hypo. I'm alive and kicking maybe two/three days a week

Hey there, haven't seen you on here lately!  

Looks like you  might have a bit of a conversion problem and we'd normally recommend a dose of T3 med, but can't do that with the CAD, can we?  

You could try a slightly higher dose of T4 med; you may have to get your FT4 level up higher, in order to get your FT3 to follow.
