hypothyroidism and other medication

I have been on the internet and can not find an answer. My synthroid was increased from 100mcg to 112 mcg. My tsh is 5.5 . My question is how  will my other medications be working until my tsh is in the normal range . Will the level of my meds be increased in my system until my levels are back to normal. I have tried and tried and can not come up with an answerto this question

There's no reason your other medications shouldn't work like they always did, as long as you wait the specified time to take them, after your synthroid.  TSH is a pituitary hormone that's affected by so many things, that trying to normalize it, is like shooting a moving target.

Did you not have FT3 and FT4 tests done?

the medications are wellbutrin, lamictal and prevacid . I only know what my tsh is.

I don't understand your question.  What other medications are you referring to?  

Your TSH is higher than normal.  Do you have Free T3 and Free T4 tests to go along with that or is your doctor basing your dosing solely on TSH?
