lump on neck, & TSH <0.006

Hello everyone, I am so worried about everything that is going on. First, my tsh level is < 0.006....I have a lump semi solid just above my clavical. No energy, no desire to eat, but have put on pounds. I have a history of ovarian cancer as well as uterine cancer. I dont see the endo until the 15th. I have noticed today it feels as if something is stuck in my chest, like an air pocket....I would be lying if I said I wasnt scared but I will be so glad just to find out what is going on inside my body. If anyone has any info or suggestion they would be greatfully appreciated.

Thank you for your input, I guess I would be that worried if I had not already had cancer twice before. I am a full time student (Nursing) I dont even have the energy to sit through a whole class period, all I want to do is come home and go to sleep....I guess that may be tied into the fact that I am awake off and on all during the night. They the (dr) that done my blood work said I am hyper, but I have all the symptoms of hypo. The wt gain, tired all the time. But on the other hand rapid heartbeat...easy to irratate, moody.etc. I guess it is just a wait and see thing, But thank u Bunches

Considering your medical history, and assuming a clinic wouldn`t give you the brush off, is it worth your while to have someone look at you.  Your levels sound off for sure but may not be tied to the lump, this could be a swollen lymph node ( fighting off an infection) which might account for your lack of appetite. again based on the info you have given I personally would not want to wait another two weeks to have some one either check it out or get you started in the direction of someone who can eventually tell you what is going on inside your body   as a side note I am in no way suggesting I wouldnt be worried too, but if at all possible try not to stress yourself out if you must wait....stress cant be good for you regardless of what is going on.good luck
