First, TSH is a pituitary hormone that is supposed to reflect accurately the levels of the actual thyroid hormones; however, in actuality it cannot be shown to correlate well with either Free T3 or Free T4, which are the biologically active thyroid hormones, much less with symptoms, which are the most important. Free T3 is the most important because it largely regulates metabolism and many other body functions.  Scientific studies have shown that Free T3 correlated best with hypo symptoms, while Free T4 and TSH did not correlate at all.

Just looking at your labs, even though TSH is a very poor diagnostic, in conjunction with symptoms and the other results, your TSH is high enough to be an indicator of something going on that needs to be addressed.  More importantly your Free T4 level is barely above the low end of the range, when middle of the range is recommended.  In view of both of those results, I would have expected that you Free T3 would also be on the low side, consistent with having hypo symptoms. Since your Free T3 is on the high end of the range, that makes me wonder about the accuracy of that test result, so I would suggest that you repeat that test.

While you are at it, another test that should be done is Reverse T3.  If your Free T3 is really that high in the range, and you still have hypo symptoms, then one possibility is that your body is over converting T4 to Reverse T3.  I would also suggest that you test for Vitamin D, B12, ferritin, and a full iron test panel.

Since the most common cause for diagnosed hypothyroidism is Hashimoto's Thyroiditis, I would also suggest testing for the thyroid antibodies indicative of Hashi's.  Those tests are Thyroid Peroxidase (TPO ab) and Thyroglobulin (TG ab).

So if I haven't been clear enough, no, those test results are not normal.  If you will get those test done and then post results and ranges shown on the lab report, members will be happy to help interpret and advise further.
