thyroid antibody blood panel results

My first ever thyroid antiboy panel results are
thyroglob ab is <20 (range is <20IU/ml)
hematocrit is 43.9 (range is 33.0-45.0 %)
sed rate is 4 (range is 0-30  mm/hr)
thyroid peroxid ab is 1335 (range is less than 35 IU/ml)
currently on lexoxyl 125 mcg ( past 15 years)  July 2007 period stopped , Im 50 years old) and since then TSH swings from .06-7.0  Meds have been from 100mcg to 125 mcg.
what do antibody tests mean?  Eye ear nose throat ordered tests, have not been back to followup he wants to charge $150 for visit plus my $50 co-pay can't afford right now.. please help

It is antibodies that attack the thyroid and they determine whether you have Graves Disease (Hyperthyroidism or Hashi's) most times.
My antibodies were very high too before RAI but have now gone down to the stage that they are under the reference range limit.
The antibodies tests show if they are attacking the thyroid and if causing inflammation too as some dont have Graves or Hashi;'s...just Thyroiditis.
When the antibodies are very low (within range) they classify you as being in remission.
