over medicated?

At what point do you wonder if you're over medicated or the med just hasn't kicked in yet ? When does it begin to work? I'm in my 3rd week since my increase, I went from Armour 60mg to 90mg. Before the increase my heart rate was 68 bpm to now 80-84 bpm which is awesome.
My husband normally drives out to buy groceries while on his way home from work. Since I've been feeling like a bump on a log lately I decided I'd go out and buy them myself Saturday morning. I was out for 2-3 hours, by the time I hit the check out I noticed the cart seemed very hard to push and I felt exhausted. I got home unpacked everything and felt like I had no energy at all. My husband told me to lay down and take it easy till I felt better...I slept very well that night. The next morning I felt normal again but my husband told me he didn't want me to over do it anymore.
A couple days before I felt muscle weakness while doing simple things but haven't felt this since. Other symptoms I don't know if to blame on elevation because we moved to CO from TX about 5 months ago.
Someone mentioned on another forum that I might be over medicated but I don't feel any hyperthyroid symptoms.

When I have even the mildest of too much thyroid hormone in the blood, splinter haemorrages on my fingernails/toenails and hives on my face after a shower show up. I have a whole sleuth of other hyperthyroid symptoms but since your heart rate is only in the 80's it doesn't sound like you are overmedicating. My heart rate is never in the 80's when I'm hyperthyroid. Always 90's/100's and my blood pressure is elevated with a high pulse pressure (normally pulse pressure is around 40mmHg. Eg: 120/80 = 40).

Thank you for putting my mind at ease. I was relying on my heart rate as a guide but my husband started worrying if I was over medicated too. I have to say feeling my heart rate in the 80's has been sorta scary because I'm used to it being in the 60's.
The tiredness has been decreasing little by little it's just hard because I want it to happen faster but I'll take what I can get.
Thanks again. :)
