i need to know if this disease can cause pain in your feet.like cramps in the arches and nerve pain that is almost unbearable.i have been checked for gout nope dont have it.been checked for diabetic neropathy that isnt either.anybody got any ideas.i am up to 3 vicodins a day.i want to get rid of those.

i get the cramp in my feet at night,but now in my hands and fingers anytime.i take mag every day in pill form,i also take 3 750 vicodins in a 24 hr time frame,where do you go when you get to the end of desperation.i am at my wits end. it has been like this for almost 2 yrs.i have been going to the university of michigan to see thier big time specialists no help.they didnt even find he thyroid problem.i sit on the side of the bed at night and cry cause i cant sleep because my bones hurti am nauseated all the time and i quess im in full blown depression and i had a day that if i could of found a gun i would have used it.i m sorrry for going on and on i just dont know what else to do or where to go.i take thier pills and i pay the bills and no one can do anything?thanks for listening

I have terrrible muscle spasms in the arch of my left foot.  I thougt it was because I had surgery on that foot and needed another procedure.  I never thought of thyroid.

I get the spasms mostly at night.   What is your experience?

I had tarsal tunnel syndrome. It hurt so bad, I kept going and going till it was so bad, I had to sleep with my foot hanging off the bed.

It was caused by the hypothyroidism.  Sometimes a podiatrist is good at diagnosing these. I had surgery. Three incisions.

I've had foot cramps related to all this.  They can get really bad when my magnesium gets too low.  When things get severe I have to put a mag tablet under my tongue (which is something I hate to do since I read supplements and meds can have a negative effect on tooth enamel).
