panic attacks, migraines, and hashimoto's

i seem to have panic attacks and lethargicness as well as some kind of migraine all that the same time.. i cant focus, or remember things very well when this happens... also i feel like i am inside myself and my vision is off.. could this all be related to my thyroid? if it is will.. will the problems go away once my thyroid is back to normal.. they do have me on levothyroxine 75 mg. only been on it for about two months..

The lethargy, panic and memory problems are probably related to yur hypoT. Migraine may or may not be.
What was your TSH before treatment?
You should be having follow-up blood work right about now. Most docs recommend a TSH around 1, no more than 2, if you are taking meds.
Is it generic or brand name levo?
The symptoms will slowly resolve in time. Some quicker than others. It took me a few months on the right dose to feel very good. I felt ok in a couple of weeks.
