High TPO levels

I just got my thyroid tested and it showed that my TPO antibodies are at 307 IU/mL, what could this indicate? and what are the possible treatments? Thank you for your help!

Usually this is an indication of auto immune disease, Hashimoto's Thyroiditis. There is no treatment other than to take synthetic thyroid if your thyroid levels are low, which usually is the case with Hashimoto's. The antibodies are  not causing any harm so as to speak. I read though that taking Selenium can reduce the antibodies.
