BTW - My thyroid lobes are swollen. I have positive antibodies, along with low/normal FT3 and FT4 and upper range TSH at a 2.74. Therefore, I have Hashimoto's thyroid disease. I combat it with thyroid hormone replacement.

Have you had your thyroid antibodies tested? TGab and TPOab bloodwork.
Also, get your basic thyroid levels checked: TSH, FT3, FT4
Post those results, along with any symptoms you are experiencing, such as fatigue, constipation, joint pain, rapid heart rate, ear pain, etc...
