synthroid side effects
I have been on synthroid for 6 years - just increased the dosage Nov. 2010 but I am now expereincing muscle stiffness/soreness on both of my biceps. Is this a side effect? I went to my doctor and my dosage has been lowered.
Six years ago were you tested for the thyroid antibodies, TPO ab and TG ab, to determine if Hashimoto's Thyroiditis was the cause of you being hypo? Have you been experiencing possible hypo symptoms other than the muscle problems? What medication dosage were you on previously and what is it now?

Can be .. may be not. It is so hard to tell ... being on Synthroid I also have my Vit D levels checked since I had muscle cramps and turned out in my case it was low vit d!
