Hi Dr. Barb 135, you examine thyroid before a week and was the result of hormone T-SH 00.01 and as a result F T-4 38.26

Dr. Asnamal decided medicine Neomercazole 5 gm that used 3 times a day after eating.

My question is what percentage of the successful use of this medicine? Does increased heart rate even after the use of natural medicine? What advice would you give me?

Your TSH is very low, indicating hyperthyoidism.  What's the reference range for the FT4?  Ranges vary lab to lab so have to come from your own report.

What medication did the doctor give you?  Typically, when one is hyper, they are given an anti thyroid medication.

Have you been tested for autoimmune thyroid diseases?  You could have either Graves Disease, which is most often associated with hyperthyroidism, or you could have Hashimoto's Thyroiditis, which is usually associated with hypothyroidism, but in early stages can be characterized by episodes of hyper.

The antibody tests you need are Thyroid Stimulating Immunoglobulin (TSI) to test for Graves; Thyroid Peroxidase Antibodies (TPOab) and Thyroglobulin Antibodies (TGab) will confirm Hashimoto's.
