thyroid concerns

Just had blood work done last week. Going on for a thyroid ultrasound this week.
Thyroid Peroxidase - 212
TSH - 2.6
TSI - 24%

Should I be concerned? Please someone help!

No need to be concerned.  Your high Thyroid Peroxidase test is indicative of Hashimoto's Thyroiditis, which is the primary cause for diagnosed hypothyroidism.  With Hashi's the autoimmune system erroneously identifies the thyroid gland as foreign to the body and produces antibodies to attack and eventually destroy the gland.  As this progresses, the output of thyroid hormones T4 and T3 is gradually diminished and the TSH rises in an attempt to stimulate more output of hormone.  For a more complete picture of your status you should always insist on being tested for both of the biologically active thyroid hormones, Free T4 and Free T3, each time you go in for tests.

The TSI test is negative for presence of Graves' Disease.

Even more important than biochemical tests, are symptoms.  What symptoms do you have, if any?
