Common for Thyroid antibodies  to show up before TSH is 'abnormal'. But what was the peroxidase limit - (its not really a range) by the lab facility used?

Did they test the free T3 and 4 ?

I have been diagnosed with hypothyroidism for 13 years. I recently had a sbo and when my labs were drawn my tsh was 54, my gp increased my dose to 200 mcg daily. I have been struggling with bilateral hip and low back pain with constant spasms in both my upper legs, so I went back to my gp and had labs drawn again, my tsh is now 7.5, so again my dose was increased to 250 mcg daily. I have been in alot of pain for 8 wks now, and my gp thinks it's all due to my thyroid, my tpo was >600- is that possible, I am very frustrated and tired of being in pain!!! Please help!

Then you do have antibodies.

"my free t3 n t4 were in norm"

- the ranges are wide and an average of the population. Maybe post them with ranges. We've been there.
