HELP!!!! Can not seem to find the right Dose or Doctor

Dx Hypo 1/2007  TSH 86.05      Right lobe lobectomy 3/2008

Have been on varies dosage of Synthroid .75mcg-.137mcg for the past 4 years.

Labs and symptoms are all over the place. Dr's just keeping changing Synthroid dose and tell me symptoms are not thyroid related.  Depression or Anxiety, or YOU must be taking Synthroid incorrectly for your labs to fluctuate so much and be so inconsistent.

I take my Synthroid daily at 6:00 a.m. with water and eat nothing till 8:30 a.m.  All vitamins with lunch.

In the past 4 years I have been to (3) Endos's (they all felt a TSH between 2.78 - 3.68 (0.47-5.01)  & FT4 0.93- 1.1 (0.71-1.85) was ok and symptoms are NOT thyroid related  LABS ARE NORMAL see MD for antidepressants.  I have seen (5) different GP's  who change my Synthroid dose every 3-6 months, so labs are somewhere within the normal range, prescribe every antidepressant, anti-anxiety drug, sleeping pill on the market (which seem to some how make thing worse) or refer me back to Endo's.   IT IS A VICIOUS CYCLE!!!

I am at a loss as to where to turn next.  I seem to be getting nowhere fast and at my wits end with these constant ups and downs.  I have tried to get my FT3 tested by all of these DR's to see if this could be the problem all have refused.   Most say TSH is all that is needed, some will test FT4.  Have asked if another thyroid medication could be tried Synthroid seems to be all they will prescribe.

Any advice or direction to a good Dr. in Illinois would be greatly appreciated.   I would love to have my life back.
