thanks for the info. Im still trying to learn all this but I go for test tuesday. thank you for your response
It sounds like you MIGHT be a bit hyperthyroid, with your TSH very low. But you are saying "T4 and T3" are very high. Do you know if these were Free T4 and Free T3 or "total"?
Don't be nervous of an ultra sound. It's not painful or anything.
If you can find out if the t4 and t3 are "frees" or "totals", that would help immensely. Getting the actual results, along with reference ranges would be even better..
BTW - reference ranges for TSH are currently 0.3 - 3.0 so it appears that your lab might be using outdated reference ranges.
Try to give us as much info as you can and even though I know how hard it is, try to relax a bit.
I had a physical done and my Tsh was 0.003 range 0.340-5.600 then my dr took my T4 and T3 and said very high. I dont have then numbers on those. Im scheduled for a ultrasound on my thyroid tuesday. Im alittle nervous about this.
Can you post your results along with the reference ranges? There are a lot
of knowledgeable members here who can help you understand, but they
need the numbers as reference ranges can vary.
