everyday at the same time best to follow drs orders once your body gets used to them it is hard to get back ion track your blood tests will show what you should be taking and it takes up to two weeks to feel the full effect of any change of dosage....

Yes there are alternatives, you can take one weeks worth in one hit and suffer the high of too much thyroxine in the system.
