I was hyper when I was pregnant and my son has craniosynostosis I feel strongly that is what caused it. I was not told I was hyper nor treated I only know now from medical records.

Usually PTU is given to pregnant women. And yes the pregnancy can continue but has to be monitored all the way through the pregnancy.
Most times, the thyroid issues resolves themselves not long after birth.
There is a risk of miscarraige in Hyperthyroid patients though ( sorry to say) but if monitored properly most go to full term and have healthy babies.
