to all my friends on here

I have made a decision to go to the mayo clinic in flordia tomorrow morning.  As much as I have tried to follow the regimins put forth by everyone on here, something still isnt working.  My symptoms suggest that I am undermedicated, yet for 7 weeks i have been on a much higher dose of levo and feel the worst ive ever been.

I am currently unemployed and this trip is going to cost me about $1000.   I am going to "punt" and put it on my credit card and pray that someone there can figure this whole thing out.  Ill be thinking of all my friends when I am there.  Im sure ill have a lot of down time, so if you are interested, i can share my processes with you on here.

Take care,

Bruce

Bruce -- just because your T3 (is that free or total?) is in "normal" range, does not mean it's high enough for you.

How do you split it?  I'm not convinced armour is for me.  My t3 is in normal range now.  Do you use a splitter?

Many people on a dessicated tablet spit the actual pill to spread apart their daily dose. I have split a 60 in four ways when adjusting.

When I was at mat my tsh was 4.23 and my t3 was in range.  I just don't understand why I have to many issues for barely being hypo.   It's the levo I wonder if tirosint may be a good option...

Also has anyone seen a neuroendocrinologist?
