Of course, like all of us on this forum, I am just a patient and bring my life esperiences with thyroid. I am quite active on the forum and see a LOT of test results, do a lot of research and ask my own endo a lot of questions. However, take my advice for what it's worth...
In my opinion, you need to cut back on your Cytomel. Your FT3 is over the top and has been since May. At the same time, your FT4 is in the lower half of the range. Your TSH indicates that you are overmedicated. I think the overmedication applies only to the Cytomel. I'd keep your Synthroxin at 88 mcg alternating with 100 mcg and lower the Cytomel back to 5 mcg. Give that four to five weeks and have your blood drawn again to see if you need to increase the Synthroxin to compensate for the lowered Cytomel.
I think that will bring your numbers back into line. Are you having hyper symptoms with such a high FT3?

Please post the actual numbers for FT3 and FT4 (and their reference ranges) and TSH. We can comment a lot more intelligently knowing those. Also, do you have FT3, FT4 and TSH from when your meds were well-balanced and you were feeling good?
