what should I do

I m 45 years old man and i went to Pathology. THe results showed that my T3 and T4 was high. So what should i do?

Ask to be tested for Graves (TSI test).
You may have thyroiditis but you may also have Graves Disease where the antibodies attack the thyroid (hence the high levels causing Hyperthyroidism).

High FT3, FT4 = Hyperthyroidism
Low FT3, FT4 = Hypothyroidism.

I also agree with Barb.....can you post the ranges here and were they FREE T3 and FREE T4? And what was your TSH?

It sounds like you might have hyperthyroidism (overactive thyroid).  Can you give us the reference ranges for the T3 and T4?  And do you know if they were Free or Total?  

Have you had any other thyroid tests done - such as antibody testing to see if you have an autoimmune disease, such as Graves Disease or Hashimoto's Thyroiditis?
