Hello again,
In general, you should continue to work with your primary care provider regarding your symptoms. If you do have hemorrhoids, then you might consider asking what options your provider recommends for treatment or symptomatic control.
Based on your recent posting (dated10/16/2011), it also sounds like your duration and quality of sleep is not adequate. Poor sleep and insufficient sleep are associated with daytime sleepiness and fatigue.
If you have been diagnosed with obstructive sleep apnea, an average 2 hours of use of the CPAP machine each night is not considered to be adequate treatment. You should consider working with your provider and a sleep medicine specialist to increase the time that you use the CPAP machine.
