Hello~It appears that you have had almost every test know to man, and nothing has been determined as to the cause. I know this might sound strange, but I am going to suggest you see a good chiropractor, you very well could have some mis-placed vertebrae in your neck and spine. You see, when these are compressed, the " telephone network" can not send messages through your body as it should, this can cause a lot of the issues you are having. He/she will take some x-rays, this will show what areas need attention and they will then know what needs to be taken care of.
I am living proof they work, when I was a child, I had chronic earaches, I was scheduled to my ear drum lanced in two days, well, my mother took me to our chiropractor, he worked on my ear and neck for almost an hour, well, by the next day, I could feel this "trickle" going down my neck, my ear has opened, the surgery was canceled and I have not had any trouble since.
I hope you feel better soon. God bless you.
I would recommend finding a Vascular Surgeon that specializes in Vascular Compression Syndromes. What you're describing sounds exactly like the problems caused by Compression or the Left Renal Vein (Nutcracker Syndrome) as well as Compression of the Left Iliac Vein (May-Thurner Syndrome). This may explain why you have so many Left Sided symptoms. Most doctors have never heard of these conditions so they're rarely diagnosed. Several studies have shown that severe compression of the Left Renal Vein can cause ME or Chronic Fatigue Syndrome as well.
Join a Nutcracker Syndrome and May-Thurner Syndrome support groups on Facebook. Many people that have been diagnosed with either or both of these conditions have many of the symptoms that you have. These conditions are not easily diagnosed and often missed by most doctors. Members of these groups are very knowledgeable and can help you get diagnosed and possibly treated if you do in fact have either of these.
