Hi
Welcome to the MedHelp forum!
You appear to be going through premenopause. The backache can be due to osteoporosis or osteoarthritis or even due to pinched nerves. You need to consult a gynecologist for proper evaluation. Hormone replacement therapy may help you. Hope this helps. Take care.

It sounds like you're experiencing symptoms of menopause.  Due to the change in hormones, it can cause depression, erratic periods and even muscle type pain in some people.

If your symptoms persist, you may want to contact your gynecologist to see about going on  hormone replacement therapy.
