Aftermath of a Crusie Trip

Recently returned from a cruise. Went back to normal activities but except for my daughter. After 2 weeks my daughter is sick and still feeling back. Light headed/dizzy/can not eat (lost10lbs)/ no appetite/ nothing will stay down. She's  a teenager that loves to eat and don't turn down any food but now after testing and blood work Doctor's still can not find anything wrong with her. Are there any suggestions that could help us out?

There is a rare disorder that can occur after a cruise called Mal de Debarquement Syndrome (MdDS).

Google the article  "What To Do When Your Brain Insists You’re Always on a Boat."

This article talks about the treatment of MdDS which was first discovered to help with this condition in 2014. To quote the article "they’re going to put me in a magic spinning room" lol. It helps fix the vestibulo-ocular reflex.
