Assorted aches and pains?

For a week or so now, my tailbone has been really sore. I was given advice to try lying down as much as possible, but it seems like no matter how I lie (side, stomach, etc.) it's still uncomfortable. It seems to be localized where the tailbone connects to the pelvis rather than the tailbone itself. Maybe some kind of ligament strain?

Just minutes ago, I went to get my husband up for work and I suddenly felt hot and dizzy. The sensation reminded me of the same "hot" feeling I get right before I vomit. My husband insisted that I felt fine -- not too warm or cold.

I've also had problems with my throat being sore, swollen glands, and a stuffy nose for about two weeks.

I don't know if any of these are related. Anyone have ideas about a particular symptom (or all three together)?
