At my wit's end after two years

I am 23, female, 105 lbs.

Dec. 2011, I began having persistent sinus tachycardia, along with panic attacks and gastrointestinal issues (nausea, abd. tenderndess, mainly). I began experiencing photopsia, and some of my reflexes were noted to be hyperactive.

I was diagnosed with IST by an electrophysiologist Feb. 2012 and had a sinus node modification performed March 2012, which I now regret entirely, as I believe it was done far too soon and it has left me with episodes of bradycardia and other arrthymias. On top of this, I am still having sinus tach, which I now think has a yet-unfound underlying cause. My EP noted I'm sensitive to adrenaline (as evidenced by an isuprel injection after my SNM)

I was diagnosed with pylori-negative gastritis in June 2012, which doesn't seem to be helped by PPI's. I was tested for IBD earlier this year after an abdominal CT showed colitis along with a CBC showing slightly elevated WBC's. Colonoscopy showed nothing. I have tested negative for celiac both by blood and biopsy.

I've continued to have changing symptoms and am coming to you after having a nightmare of a night.

Tonight, I experienced awful tremors and shakes. You could literally see my limbs shaking as I moved even slightly (I was using the computer earlier and my hands were shaking so bad I could hardly type). Even sitting still, I could feel myself trembling. In addition, I felt extremely cold and I'm sure some of the shaking was from that. The skin on my upper legs was mottled, my lips were almost purple, and my hands and feet were pale. My blood pressure was becoming hypertensive just walking around the house. I saw as high as 139/98. Yes, for some people this is "low" hypertension, and only my diastolic was officially high. But that is VERY high for me, esp because my sitting/resting BP was staying 110-115/75-80. I know BP is supposed to increase with activity, but I was walking slowly. I had THREE surges of anxiety that shot my heart rate to the 140's, but I recognized them as attacks and was able to calm down within a couple minutes. I experienced nausea, and vomited once, but had no fever or other symptoms of illness.

This lasted from about 8pm until 2am.

Besides what happened tonight, I am having:
- New migraines/headaches
- Photopsia (NOT related to my headaches. This is NOT the same as a migraine aura.)
- Dry eyes, and pain in/around my eyes
- Nausea, abdominal fullness
- Abdominal tenderness that can only be felt standing. I can't feel anything during a normal exam.
- I get dyspnea, worsened tachycardia, and feelings of weakness after eating moderate meals
- Mild dyspnea not related to eating
- Nasal stuffiness
- Cold, sweaty feet and cold, pale hands
- Pulsatile tinnitus and increased ringing in my left ear
- Sudden, severe dizziness (although this may be my heart rate)

I have had two MRIs and an EEG that have shown nothing useful. I'm awaiting the results of an MRA.

P.S.    I have non-pylori gastritis also.  I even had a fundoplication (stomach stapled to my esphogus).  Anyway, I found that taking Betaine Hydrochloric acid with my first bite of food stops the heartburn.  I know, it sounds crazy - but it works.   Do not take it on an empty stomach!!   Take it after the first or second bite....
My stomach is so much better.

    Wishing you a good outcome...

I am so sorry that you are suffering so badly!! How awful.
I started taking Hawthorn berries extract and if you read about it online, you will see that it has some special properties that help both hypertension and low blood pressure.   You can't take it with your high blood pressure meds, so you would need to see your doctor to determine how to switch over. -  Some doctors (mine included) don't like you to take supplements - but Hawthorn is a well-known heart remedy for many symptoms.
     Wishing you the best

Also, I have no idea if this is related or coincidence as this literally happened yesterday, and ONLY yesterday, but randomly throughout the day for a few seconds at a time, I would sense this odd smell.

I was like warm plastic, or maybe the inside of a freezer (without the cold air of course). It wasn't my computer, and I could find no source anywhere in the house. I finally realized it must just be me once I was able to smell it over the scent of my pillow when I went to bed.
