Hi
Thanks for keeping me posted! Hope you are better now?
Yes, Humira is known to cause many side effects.
“What are the possible side effects of Humira?
Get emergency medical help if you have any of these signs of an allergic reaction: hives; difficulty breathing; swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat. Serious and sometimes fatal infections may occur during treatment with Humira. Contact your doctor right away if you have signs of infection such as:
• fever, chills, sore throat, flu symptoms, weight loss;
• joint pain or swelling with fever, swollen glands, muscle aches, nausea, vomiting, unusual thoughts or behavior, and/or seizure (convulsions);
• patchy skin color, red spots, or a butterfly-shaped skin rash over your cheeks and nose (worsens in sunlight);
• chest pain, ongoing cough, coughing up blood; or
• easy bruising or bleeding, pale skin, unusual weakness.”
Please discuss this with your doctor. Hope this helps. Do keep me posted.

Thank you for your response. The only new thing I have started on myself, is Humira. I'm due for my 3rd injection tomorrow. I have rheumatoid arthritis myself. Could there be any connection?
Sorry
Forgot to add! Leaking of urine with ejaculation should be looked at. Also you can take a test for atenolol sensitivity.
Take care! All the best!
Hi
Thanks for the post!
Atenolol is exclusively excreted through kidney (urine) and milk in lactating mothers. Hence you may have developed allergy to something as I am sure you must be avaoiding things that you are allergic to. However a word of caution! Many medications, canned and packed foods have ingredients that you may not be aware of. Please read the ingredients carefully before consuming them. Check all such food for what they contain and see if you are allergic to anything. Your husband starting Atenolol could be coincidental.
You could also get an allergy panel done. Hope this helps. Please let me know if there is any thing else and do keep me posted. Take care!
