Hey,
First I would suggest switching off the gatorade. Gatorade was designed to be consumed after heavy physical activity, and can be bad for you if consumed on a regular basis. It has a high concentration of electrolytes and that can make you sick if built up.
Even a small iron deficiency can make your head swim. When you are laying back or flat blood follows gravity and pools in your legs. When you stand up suddenly, the heart and brain doesn't have a chance to adjust your heart rate and blood pressure, and when the brain is suddenly starved for oxygen it can make you feel dizzy, and visually "black out". Making sure there is enough oxygen carrying hemoglobin(iron creates hemoglobin in your body, which then carries the oxygen you breathe around the body. Low iron=low hemoglobin) available is always a good idea. But slowing down will also help. For some people there isn't a good fix for this other than simply standing up slower. Allowing your body a chance to adjust and for you not to get dizzy!
I'm concerned about you having what sounds like a petite mal seizure. Many people think that all seizures are full body and last for many minutes. When in reality there are two kinds, petite mal and grand mal. Basically it has to deal with the portion of the brain affected. Many people have petite mal seizures throughout the day and only notice a lapse in concentration or coordination. Either attributing it to clumsiness or absentmindedness. Some can have small, sudden, short seizures, lasting only a few minutes. Usually they wake up similarly to how you did, fine but a bit nauseous. There is no foolproof test for seizures but I would speak with your parents and your doctor about the possibility.
Last thing, I don't know how tall you are, but if you feel weak all the time I would recommend putting on a few pounds. I know that sounds counter intuitive but if you aren't eating enough throughout the day then you are going to feel weak and dizzy. Make sure you are eating a well balanced diet every day and drinking plenty of water!
Hope you feel better dear!
sounds like a form of epilepsy go see your doctor ask to get tested for it?
Have you had your iron levels checked? I am not a doctor, but I had this same problem a while back. My iron was really low!! I took the supplements, added more iron to my diet and I have been doing well ever since. Have your iron checked. If it is normal, ALWAYS get a second opinion. You have had quite a few tests done and very little answers. Keep looking. :)
