Bloated on a daily basis

I'm a 19 year old female who has been suffering with bloating for the past 1-2 years. It doesn't matter how much I eat or what I eat, I'll still get bloated. The week of my period and a couple days afterwards are the only days where I don't feel bloated. However the weeks leading up to my period the bloating seems to get worse, and sometimes even unbearable. I have also been on birth control for about 4-5 years, which is supposed to help the bloating from PMS, so I don't know if that has anything to do with it. It is very discouraging because I eat healthy and workout 6 days a week, and it's very hard to ever see results since I'm constantly bloated. It's now getting in the way with working out because it is such an uncomfortable feeling.

About 2 years ago I was getting bad pains in my lower abdomin every couple of days and went to the doctor multiple times and they would tell me that I had a very tiny UTI. However I would come back every other month and they would say the same thing or that they just thought it was UTI when it really wasn't. Then the doctor gave me medicine for IBS to see if that would help the bloating, which it did not. I even had an ultrasound done, which we found out that I had a larger than normal kidney and that it was nothing to worry about. Now 2 years later I'm still suffering with this bloating and it's getting in the way of things and my confidence.

So I'm hoping that someone either knows what I'm going through or has any ideas as to what is it or what else I should do? My next step is to see a nutritionist and then go on from there. Any help will be appreciated!

If you don't get a endoscopy, I would recommend not eating anything with milk...or fatty/greesy foods. I swear it has helped me when I was having that issue. Milk especially. I feel sooo much less bloated all the time. If you haven't already, I'd give it a shot. Good luck!

Try eliminating gluten and see what happens. Many people are sensitive to gluten and don't even realize it. I would also cut down on carbs and see if that does any good. There is a condition called intestinal candida that is also worth looking into. Google it, it could be also what is causing your bloating. Everyone has yeast in their intestines. However if you eat a lot of carbs and sugar, it can cause the yeast to grow out of control and one of the most common symptoms of it is bloating.

hope this helps some.

Take one teaspoon fennel seeds and one teaspoon of cardamom seeds and make a fine powder of the seeds. Take 1/6 teaspoon with water twice daily after meals.

Instead of the cardamom seeds you may also use same quantity of dried ginger plus equal quantity of cloves and after you grind them add some honey to make a thick paste. Preserve that in a glass jar. And take one teaspoon fifteen minutes after each meal and at bedtime.

P.S let me know how you feel and I may give you a few more recipes for improving your conditions further. God bless
