COLD HAND AND FEET

Some time i have cold hands sometimes cold feet as compared to rest of my body.

Why is this so?

Can there be any hidden problem?

This could be Raynauds Disease. My sister has it. She has to take heart meds to keep her blood pathways open. Good luck

Hypoglycemia induced catecholamine secretion can cause those symptoms, try eating six small meals a day instead of two or three and see if that helps. Another common cause is Magnesium deficiency, try taking a supplement to reach the daily recommend amount, it may take a few weeks to work but it's often very helpful.

Hi there, if it is the only symptom, then just warm up and turn the heat on.
Anxiety is probably something you should  look into.

Hi, i have suffered from cold hands & feet for many years. My doctor is not very concerned, but says blood circulation is the cause. Hope this helps.
