Can I get Health Records from over 5 years??

Ok so im trying to apply for SSI... Im now 25 years old and i started having seizures after my Abuela passed away in November of 2006. Since then i've been hospitalized quite a few times. Here in Miami, Fl as well as in Tampa,FL (had a seizure there while on vacation). I've had all kinds of test run at different hospitals and facilities, I was only 16/17 at the time when my seizures started. I need to know if i will be able to get all the paperwork i need to apply for SSi. Is there a place I can find all the different hospitals Ive been to or registered to even if it was an ER visit.

Hello~It seems to me that the seizures could be stress related, also, they very well could be due to a pinched nerve in your neck. I would see a Chiropractor, he/she will take an x-ray of your neck and will be able to tell if this is the case. After a few adjustments, you should start to feel better if this is the case.

I think it is the law that hospitals, etc, keep the patient's charts for many many years, so, you should be able to obtain any records you need.

Also I've never been diagnosed for where and how my seizures came to be. I've done heart and brain monitors. The works!!
