Can anyone give me some input?

Last night I was in Walmart, walking around for a few mins and then all of a sudden I get this rush all overly body, feeling like I was gonna pass out. Dizzy and extremely nervous. I felt like I wasn't really there.  When I got home I was still nervous. I felt like something was off but I couldn't put my finger on it. It felt like it usually does right before I get an aura migraine. I never got the aura or migraine. I woke up today feeling a little better, but nervous. I do have head pains with a pressure feeling. what could it be?

I have panic disorder, sever hypochondrasis, anxiety, aura migraines, a pituitary microadenoma(I had my last MRI a year ago) and I also have a heart condition which I know has nothing to do with this.

Could it be something serious? I also forgot to take my paxil that day too.

I asked my therapist this morning, and she told me thats a panic attack, and it may just be lasting longer than ussual.

I feel a little better but being a hypochondriac, I will stay worried until answered. lol

Hi
Welcome to the MedHelp forum!
A closed environment, hunger, low blood sugar, low blood pressure, anxiety and panic attack etc could have precipitated it. It can also be due to acidity and gastric reflux.
In all probability it was anxiety and panic as you forgot your medication.
Take care!
