Can someone help with undiagnosed abdominal pain?

Rx: Prilosec, (reflux)
singular and Zyrtec, (allergies)
vyvanse and bupropion (ADHD)
baby aspirin (MTHFR clotting disorder)
Endoscopy: normal
Colonoscopy: normal
Gallbladder sonogram: normal
Hida scan: normal
No hernias have been found.
3rd Pregnancy 2016-17,
Second pregnancy in 2014-15
And first pregnancy in 2008.
Pain started shortly after first child was born.
Pain is in right abdomen, under rib cage. Pain is a burning pain  (like when you are doing an excercise and holding a position to build muscle).  Pain can also be sudden and paralyzing (like a Charlie horse). Especially when doing rigorous activity like yard work or intercourse.
Pain is more pronounced when bending. Pain is also worse when laying on my left side, as though the weight of my stomach and internal organs are pulling/tearing something. Pain subsides when pressure is applied. Laying on my stomach with my weight more on my right. Pain comes on suddenly while sleeping also. I often have dreams of being stabbed or cut and wake in pain.
Pain was constant first year intermittent for following 5 years.  Having a year and a half of not experiencing the pain right before 2nd pregnancy. Did not experience pain during second pregnancy but it returned shortly after birth. Pain continued through 3rd pregnancy and has been at its worst level since last birth.  Pain has been strong and constant for the past year and a half. Pain was relieved for 2 months while taking carafete but after endoscopy no ulcers were found and medication discontinued. Pain returned. Charlie horse like attacks happen most frequently when I am dehydrated.
Dr. Is recommending exploratory surgery without having any idea what this pain is.
