Can someone please help me figure out what is wrong?

I have been sick for over 11 months, and doctors can't figure out what is wrong. Can someone please help? I would really appreciate it! NOTE: I am an Asian female in my late 20s.

SYMPTOMS
* Fatigue
* Nausea
* Stiff and achy when getting up in the morning (lasts at least a few hours), or after I have been sitting or laying down in one position for a while
* Confusion, difficultly remembering things and concentrating
* Low fever (99.0 – 100.6) – the fever seems to come and go, as there have been a few days (and times throughout the day) where my temp has been normal
* Abdominal cramping and stomach upset
* Headaches and Dizziness
* Redness on face that goes from across one cheek, across the bridge of my nose, and across the other cheek (almost looks like I put blush across the area) – comes and goes
* Dry eyes and nose
* Sores in nose and mouth that come and go
* Muscle and joint pain and burning essentially everywhere, but especially in my back, knees, calves, thighs, hands, fingers, shoulders, upper and lower arms, elbows and hips
* Chest pain (mainly on left side, especially when exhaling)
* Hands become extremely painful when cold or hot
* When in the sun, my cheeks, nose and hands start to tingle and feel like the skin is burning. The skin on my face feels really tight. Hands and feet turn bright red and feel like they are burning.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi
Welcome to the MedHelp forum!
Since you have a typical butterfly rash on the face (both cheek along with bridge of nose) you should ideally test for lupus or SLE and see. Almost all the symptoms you have can be explained by lupus. There are 11 criteria for diagnosing Lupus and if you have 4 or more of these criteria, then a confirmed diagnosis can be made. You have these: rash, muscle and body ache, joint pain, upset stomach, and fever. Also ANA will be raised and this can be tested. Please discuss this with your doctor. Hope this helps. Please let me know if there is any thing else and do keep me posted. Take care!

Have you been tested for ANA? Ask your doctor. Some of your symptoms sound a bit like lupus, which can be treated and managed. I'm not a doctor of course but I have heard of the butterfly rash, which is a symptom of lupus and sounds like what you have on your face at present.
