Don't want to go back to the ER

I have had nausea on and off (largely after eating) for the past week accompanied by some fatigue, foggy head, bloated/gassy feelings.  Earlier this week I also had shoulder pain, mild chest pain, etc. and for the hundredth time was worried it may be a heart attack...these have subsided and I am just left with the fatigue, nausea, foggy and bloated feelings.  I have anxiety and have been trying to battle this one on my own as I am tired of going to the ER when I fear a heart attack or something else, but I am going on a two-week vacation next Monday and now I don't know that I can get in to see my Dr.  I doubt it is a heart issue as I have worked out a few times since this started and had no chest pains or difficulties...some light headedness on the drive home.  I'm trying to get in to see my doctor but wondered if anyone could help me out with this one.  I would be happy to respond to any follow-up questions if it would help.  I am 31-yrs old, good but not great shape, overwieght, 200-205 and 5'11".

Heart would be the first thing I would check out, but I am sure the ER docotors have already ran EKGs and such. Secondly, I would ask to have an endoscopy to rule out upper GI problems such as Acid Reflux, Reflux Esophogitis, and GERD. I have GERD and it causes lots of trouble without the proper diet. Cut back the caffeine, nicotine, alcohol, fatty foods, and leafy vegetables. Try this diet and see it helps. The gallbladder would be the next thing I would check if the endo came back normal. Good luck and enjoy your vacation.

Sadly, this could be a number of things.  So here are the ones the doctors would look at first if your heart checked out fine. 1. Acid reflux which is made worse by the anxiety-- treatment would be to take a "proton pump inhibitor" (Google it to see what name it goes by in your country).  2. Gall bladder inflamed- go to this website for symptoms:  http://www.ehow.com/facts_4842276_inflamed-gallbladder-symptoms.html  then you can check treatment online (too much detail for this reply).  3. High level anxiety disrupting signals from brain to body- treatment is usually an anti-depressant.  I will check back later to see if you have questions about my post.
