A Cornucopia of Symptoms

Alright...

So since late August, I've been experiencing a number of different symptoms - many of which are now becoming chronic, and a few which are acute instances. I have no idea if they're related to the same thing or not, if I'm dealing with a number of different problems, or one giant issue.

I'm 25 years old. I had a large, benign tumor removed from my thymus gland and lung 6 years ago. Since then, my immune system has not been the same. I want to say I'm over-cautious about my health because of that incident (it went misdiagnosed for a few years), but something tells me my body's just not happy.

- I've had localized unilateral hyperhidrosis under my left arm for three years. The doctors don't know why.
- I'm constantly getting sharp, stabbing pains in my right lower quadrant (akin to where my ovary would be). It was found that I had a hemorrhagic paraovarian cyst the week after the pains started, but since then, the pains continue and there is no hemorrhage anymore.
- I'm feeling nauseous at least a few times a week.
- My abdomen distends daily (stress, meals, etc. do not seem to be correlated with the onset of this)
- I'm now getting these weird, dull warming/burning sensations in my lower abdomen (not where the pain is - more medial)
- I've gotten a couple of recurrent UTI's most recently (but this was months after the above symptoms began)
- Last week, I had a large number of canker sores in my mouth (I usually get one every so often, but my entire mouth was swollen)
- My tongue has been white (something that tells me I'm sick with something), and my tonsils have been red and swollen for the past few months
- I'm also constantly fatigued as of late, and I can sleep through anything, including fire alarms (it's happened a few times now)

The doctor keeps running test after test. I'm not hypo/hyperglycemic. I'm not anemic. Bacterial cultures come back negative. Blood count is fine. Ultrasound results are negative. I have no idea what to make of this.

Anyone have any suggestions regarding at least some of these symptoms?

oh and I forgot...I've had 3 instances in the past month when I've had uncontrollable shakes (not related to fevers)... this lasts about 15 minutes to half an hour before it finally subsides.
