Possible Appendicitis?

For the past week I have had a painful/gnawing feeling around my belly button. It all started after I passed a large bowel movement that was accompanied by bright red blood. I have been diagnosed with hemorrhoids so seeing blood in my stool was not that shocking, what was shocking was that it was a lot more blood than usual. After that my stomach started hurt badly like cramps and a couple of hours later it become notable in the belly button area. The pain feels like it is deep in my stomach and it is constant, I am very bloated and burp all the time. It is worse during the morning and night. I have no appetite because I feel so full all the time. It is almost as if there is a huge brick in my stomach. I have been trying to eat as much as I can everyday and when I do eat, it seems like the pain lightens up during a meal. However, a couple of hours before I eat and even a couple of hours after the pain becomes more intense. My bowel movements have not changed much. Sometimes I do have diarrhea and I go everyday but I am always seeing blood in the stool. I have no fever or anything like that, nor am I having the typical rebound pain or any pain in my right lower stomach. It seems that the pain moves when I change position if that makes sense. Usually when I sit it moves in the lower area of my belly button, and when I lay down it moves to the upper area of my belly button. My stomach is constantly making gurgling noises and it feels like there are gas bubbles inside of me. I am really, really scared that something serious is going on with me. I am an anxious person in general so I have been researching all my symptoms, and it always comes back to appendicitis.

I have an appointment with my doctor in two days, but I am just so afraid something really bad is happening to me. I tried to tell her that but she just said sorry, I will see you when I can. I have had acid reflux for about three years now and i have felt a lot of stomach pain but nothing like this. I do take ranitidine and protonix twice a day, and sometimes I do get bad flare ups but this just does not seem normal to me. The pain is NOT so intense that it keeps me up at night but it is intense enough for me to not enjoy anything at all. I really want to go to the emergency room. I am a teen without a license so I can't drive myself. I have begged my parents to bring me for the past couple of days, and my mom says if i really had appendicitis, I would have died by now because it wouldn't have lasted a week. She also says because it does not run in my family and because I am not feeling pain on the lower right side of my stomach then appendicitis can't be it. She really thinks I am just having some weird period cramps, since my period is supposed to come by the end of this week. But I am not convinced.

The worst part of all this is, my family and I are going to Disney World in about 4 days. I am so sad. This trip has been planned for over a year. I am going of course, and I am excited, but I am so afraid my pain will get worse or something drastic will happen to me while I'm away from home. I keep telling my parents that but they say just wait and the doctor will reassure me that nothing is wrong.

Has anyone had similar symptoms to this and could possibly give me any advice? I am so afraid of what is happening inside my body and I keep having panic attacks, thinking I am going to die at any moment. I want to enjoy my Disney trip but I know it is going to be hard with this pain, maybe there are ways I can make myself feel better. Any advice would be great. Thank you so much for reading my story.

Also, forgot to add, I have not thrown up at all but do have a lot of nausea. Although I am used to that because of the acid reflux. Also my period is coming very soon, so that could be apart of it too.
