Constant lightheadedness, pressure in head, ears closed, feel drugged

April 2016, I had an arthroplasty at C 5/6 and a disc fusion at C 6/7. In March 2017, I was finally cleared to start on NSAID's again to try and get some of the inflammation down in my neck. I took Celebrex twice with no adverse side affects. The next week at 7:30am, I took a Celebrex. At 9:30 am, my symptoms started and haven't stopped. If anything, they have gotten worse.
I feel very lightheaded, I have pressure in my head, mild blurred vision, my ears are closed up, like I need to "pop" them but can't, sudden feelings of flushed skin but no fever, but more than anything, I feel drugged/loopy/unable to focus. This is especially difficult because I just started a new job.
I went to my PCP and she immediately said I had VERTIGO. I explained to her that I'm not "dizzy", just lightheaded. She stuck by her diagnosis because she said she saw some "very minor fluid in my left ear". Basic blood work was done and came back normal.
I wasn't improving and got frustrated so I went to the ER thinking, surely they'll be able to figure something out! After blood work and a head CT (because we were worried I had encephalitis) showing nothing, the doctor said he didn't know what was wrong with me so his guess was MIGRAINES. He wrote me a prescription and discharged me. I tried the medicine for a week to no avail.
I then saw a neurologist. She said since there was some fluid in my left ear, I should go see an ENT to rule out ear problems and if they couldn't figure it out, to go back and see her and she would order an MRI.
I saw the ENT and had a hearing test and a vestibular test, both were normal.
I won't be able to see my neurologist until August so I've made myself an appointment with an Endocrinologist to hopefully check my vitamins, hormones and anything else. I don't know what else to do.
When I was in the hospital in April 2016, my ALT and AST scores were very high, as they have been for years. They did an ultrasound and found that I have fatty spots on my liver. I have no idea if that's related to what's going on, but it's something to mention I suppose.

Hello~You need to see a chiropractor. It sounds like you have vertebrae out in your neck and upper back area, this will cause the light-headedness, pressure in your head and ears, as well as the other symptoms you have described. He/she will take an x-ray which will be able to pin point the exact area that is causing the trouble. After a few treatments, you should start to feel better.
