Could this be an STD or something?

At the end of February this year, I have developed some non-itchy white, dry and flaky patches on my hips, belly, arms, buttocks, legs and lower back. Now, I am very worried. Also, I have endometriosis and   I have been on low dose birth controls for six to seven years. I must admit that I hardly exercise or drink water or go outside. By-the-way, I had done an HIV 1& 11 ELISA and VDRL blood test on January 6,2014 but all my results came back negative.
What could be wrong with me? My boyfriend and I are worried so please help us in any way you can.
Thank you.

It sounds like a fungal skin infection, however, other underlying causes
should be ruled out also. Vitamin D deficiency, dehydration, estrogen dominance thyroid dysfunction and other imbalances should be considered.
If you have estrogen dominance you may benefit more from using a cream
with bioidentical progesterone vs low dose BC, if you were taking them for
endometriosis.
BC could be contributing to thyroid dysfunction. What exactly is your BC med?
The fungal skin condition (suspected) could be controlled by antifungal creams, diet, antifungal medicated soaps and shampoos and stress reduction! A dermatologist should be able to advise you on the specifics.

My last questions: why all the STD investigation, testing and the ongoing concern? Is there more than what you posted, or is it just stress?
Your results came back negative, right? Something changed since those results other than the recent skin symptoms?

Looking forward to your reply.

Best wishes.
