Please help! Doctors have no idea.

I am a 19 year old female. 7 months ago I fell trying to climb stairs, and since then I can barely walk. I had been swimming an hour a day and walking miles for months before that. My symptoms are migraines, muscle weakness, muscle pain, sensitivity to heat, bald spots, P.O.Ts, rise in heart rate, rise in blood pressure, tremors and twitching, diminishing eyesight, cramps with only one period over the 7 months, and weight gain of over 50 pounds. I also tend to get feverish more often. My family history includes A.L.S, diabetes type 1, and thyroid problems. The doctors have given me blood tests for lupus, lyme disease, TSH levels, vitamin levels, diabetes, ANA, and just about anything you can think of. I had blood and mucus in my stool for a couple weeks, but had a colonoscopy which checked out fine. I've had an M.R.I of my upper spine which showed mild spinal stenosis, and one of my brain two years ago which was perfect. I've had a nerve test of my arms and neck which had one strange reading, but was declared normal when the doctor couldn't get it to happen again. I've seen a rheumatologist that said they couldn't find anything and sent me away. They tried to diagnose me with fibromyalgia, but I wouldn't let them since we hadn't checked everything and it didn't account for everything. I've also seen a dermetologist, orthopedic doctor, neurologist, and heart doctor. I had to move in the middle of their testing though, so I've had to start over with new doctors. No pain medication helps at all except for my migraines. Steroids didn't seem to help either; they made walking smoother, but not normal or painless. I was in the middle of my second year of college and got sick a few weeks before finals. The school couldn't help me without a diagnoses, and I couldn't physically get to my classes. Some of the teachers worked with me the best they could, but I still ended up failing 3 classes because I didn't go to the finals. So I'm in an entirely new state, unable to walk or see to drive, completely alone during the day with nothing to do. I'm going insane. Almost 7 months of being trapped in a single room unless I'm going to a doctor. If anyone has any ideas, I could really use some.
